Payment Terms & Conditions
This invoice for statistical consulting services rendered by Dr. Marco Bellini, Statistician, is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, in accordance with the service agreement dated 28 March 2025 (Contract Ref. SLP-STAT-2025-012).

Please note that in accordance with Italian tax legislation (D.Lgs. 241/1997 and subsequent amendments), the 20% withholding tax (ritenuta d'acconto) has been applied to the gross fee. The client is responsible for remitting the withheld amount to the Agenzia delle Entrate (Italian Revenue Agency) by the 16th of the month following the payment date. A certificate of withholding (certificazione dei compensi) will be issued separately for the client's tax filing purposes.
Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the European Central Bank (ECB) reference rate plus eight (8) percentage points, as per Italian Civil Code Article 1284 and the EU Late Payment Directive (2000/35/EC).
