Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 15, 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account of the Statistician, Dr. Kenji Tanaka, at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Umeda Branch, Japan Osaka. Account Name: TANAKA Kenji. Account Number: 104-882-3371. Please reference Invoice Number INV-OSK-2025-0487 in all correspondence and remittance advices. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Japan Osaka commercial transaction regulations. All amounts are denominated in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are subject to the prevailing consumption tax rate applicable in Japan Osaka at the time of service delivery.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice represents the complete and final billing for all statistical consulting services rendered by the Statistician, Dr. Kenji Tanaka, to the Osaka Metropolitan Research Institute for the period of March 3, 2025 through May 22, 2025, within the Japan Osaka metropolitan area.
2. The Statistician warrants that all analytical methods, computational procedures, and statistical inferences presented in the deliverables conform to the professional standards established by the Japan Statistical Society and the International Association for Statistical Computing.
3. All raw data, intermediate datasets, and final outputs remain the intellectual property of the Japan Osaka client as specified in the original service agreement. The Statistician retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios with client anonymization.
4. Should the client require additional statistical analysis, model refinement, or supplementary reporting beyond the scope defined in this Invoice, a separate amendment Invoice will be issued by the Statistician's office prior to any further work commencing.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Statistician reserves the right to reissue the document with updated tax calculations if applicable rates in Japan Osaka have changed.
