Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement dated 20 April 2025 between Atlas Statistical Consulting and Atlas Pharma Industries SARL. All statistical analyses referenced in this Invoice were performed by a certified Statistician holding a doctoral degree in Biostatistics from the University of Hassan II, Casablanca, Morocco.
The Statistician confirms that all methodologies employed comply with the standards set forth by the International Council for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH) and the regulatory guidelines of the Moroccan Ministry of Health. All data processing was conducted in strict compliance with the Moroccan Law 09-08 on the Protection of Personal Data.
This Invoice covers all professional services rendered during the period of 01 May 2025 through 31 May 2025. Any additional statistical work requested after this period will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written authorization from both parties.
Payment Terms and Conditions
Payment Method: Bank transfer to the account of Atlas Statistical Consulting, Bank of Africa (BMCE), Casablanca, Morocco. RIB: 007 000 1234567890123 45. IBAN: MA64 0070 0012 3456 7890 1234 5.
Payment Deadline: This Invoice must be settled in full within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment is to be made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late Payment: In the event of non-payment by the due date, a late payment penalty of 1.5% per month (or fraction thereof) shall be applied to the outstanding balance, in accordance with Article 1231-1 of the Moroccan Civil Code. The Statistician reserves the right to suspend ongoing services until full payment is received.
Disputes: Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Casablanca, Morocco. The parties agree that the applicable law is the law of the Kingdom of Morocco.
