Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice Date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Statistician's designated account at the Myanmar Economic Bank, Yangon Branch (Account No. 001-2345-6789, SWIFT: MEBKMMKY). Alternatively, payment may be made by certified cheque drawn on any commercial bank operating in Myanmar Yangon, made payable to "Dr. Aung Myo Htun — Yangon Statistical Consulting Firm." Please reference Invoice No. MY-YGN-STAT-2025-0047 on all remittances. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge as per Myanmar commercial practice. The Statistician reserves the right to suspend ongoing analytical work if payment is not received by the due date specified on this Invoice.
Notes & Terms of Service
1. All statistical analyses performed by the Statistician under this Invoice are conducted in strict accordance with the ethical guidelines of the Myanmar Statistical Association and international standards set by the International Statistical Institute (ISI).
2. Raw data, intermediate datasets, and final statistical outputs delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the client institution. The Statistician retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
3. Any revisions to the statistical models or survey instruments beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be subject to a separate change-order Invoice at the Statistician's standard hourly rate.
4. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Statistician may reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations if applicable Myanmar fiscal regulations have changed.
5. All services were rendered in Myanmar Yangon unless otherwise noted. The Statistician confirms that all fieldwork locations fall within the administrative boundaries of Yangon Region.
