Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) guidelines for professional services rendered in Nigeria Abuja and the Federal Capital Territory.
2. All statistical analyses, models, and reports referenced in this Invoice are the intellectual property of the Statistician and the consultancy firm until full payment is received. Upon clearance of the Grand Total, all rights and source materials are transferred to the client.
3. The Statistician warrants that all data processing, sampling methodologies, and inferential procedures comply with the National Population Commission (NPC) data protection standards and the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.
4. Late payment beyond the 30-day due date will attract a penalty interest of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the service agreement signed on 01 May 2025 in Nigeria Abuja.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, FCT, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.
6. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice must be requested in writing.
