2. All intellectual property rights in the statistical models, algorithms, and analytical frameworks developed by the Statistician remain with the firm unless otherwise stated in a separate licensing agreement.

3. The Statistician warrants that all analyses were conducted with due professional care, using validated statistical methodologies, and in accordance with the standards set by the Pakistan Statistical Council and the International Association for Statistical Computing.

4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.

5. This Invoice is subject to the tax laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. GST has been applied at the prevailing rate of 16% as applicable in Pakistan Islamabad.

6. The Statistician reserves the right to publish anonymized, aggregated findings from this engagement in peer-reviewed journals, provided no confidential client data is disclosed.
