Terms, Conditions & Notes Regarding This Invoice
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to Ecobank Senegal, Account IBAN SN08 1007 9010 1000 0123 4567 8901. Please reference Invoice No. INV-2025-0347 in your remittance advice.
- Payment Deadline: This Invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Senegalese commercial law (Code de Commerce de la CEDEAO).
- Scope of Work: All statistical analyses, modelling, and reporting described in this Invoice were performed by Dr. Amadou Diallo, a licensed Statistician registered with the Ordre des Statisticiens du Sénégal. The Statistician guarantees the methodological rigour, reproducibility, and ethical integrity of all analyses delivered under this engagement.
- Confidentiality: All data, datasets, and proprietary information provided by SADA in connection with this Invoice shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Statistician and his associates shall not disclose, publish, or share any client data with third parties without prior written consent, in accordance with the Senegalese Data Protection Law (Loi n° 2008-12 du 25 janvier 2008).
- Intellectual Property: Upon full settlement of this Invoice, all final reports, models, code, and derived outputs shall become the exclusive property of SADA. The Statistician retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios with all identifying client data anonymised.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court of Senegal Dakar, Plateau jurisdiction.
- Validity: This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Statistician reserves the right to re-quote the services listed herein based on prevailing market rates in Senegal.
- Regulatory Compliance: This Invoice has been issued in compliance with the tax regulations of the Direction Générale des Impôts et Domaines (DGID) of Senegal. A stamped copy of this Invoice must be retained by the client for a minimum period of ten (10) years as required by Senegalese fiscal law.
