This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement dated 1 January 2025 between Tan Statistical Consulting Pte. Ltd. (the Statistician) and Meridian Biopharmaceuticals (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (the Client), both operating within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore.
Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. Please remit payment via bank transfer to DBS Bank, Account No. 012-345678-9, Account Name: Tan Statistical Consulting Pte. Ltd. Reference: INV-SS-2025-00472. All transactions are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) as per Singapore Singapore financial regulations.
The Statistician warrants that all statistical analyses, modelling, and reporting described in this Invoice were performed with professional diligence, in full compliance with the Singapore Singapore Code of Practice for Statistical Services, and in accordance with the ethical standards set forth by the Singapore Statistical Society. All deliverables referenced herein have been accepted in writing by the Client's designated project manager.
Should any dispute arise regarding the scope, quality, or billing of services listed on this Invoice, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to mediation under the Singapore Singapore Mediation Centre. This Invoice does not constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies available to either party under the governing agreement or applicable Singapore Singapore law.
