Notes and Terms
1. This Invoice represents professional services rendered by a licensed Statistician in full compliance with the Thai Statistical Society Code of Ethics and the National Statistics Act B.E. 2550 (2007) of Thailand.
2. All statistical analyses performed by the Statistician were conducted using validated methodologies and peer-reviewed algorithms. Raw data and computational scripts are retained for a period of five (5) years in Thailand Bangkok as required by institutional data governance policies.
3. The Statistician warrants that all findings, models, and recommendations contained in the deliverables are accurate to the best of professional statistical judgment and are free from methodological bias.
4. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Revenue Code of Thailand and is subject to the 7% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Thai Department of Revenue for services rendered within Thailand Bangkok and its metropolitan area.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Statistician services shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute, with the seat of arbitration in Thailand Bangkok.
6. The client acknowledges that the Statistician's intellectual property rights in all proprietary models, code, and analytical frameworks remain with Quantum Analytics unless otherwise agreed in writing.
