1. All statistical analyses referenced in this Invoice were performed by a licensed Statistician registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Statisticians and comply with the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) data protection regulations and the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK – Law No. 6698).
2. The Statistician warrants that all methodologies, software tools (R 4.3.2, SAS 9.4, Stata 17), and analytical outputs delivered under this engagement meet international standards (ICH E9, CONSORT, STROBE) and are fit for regulatory submission to TİTCK.
3. All raw data, intermediate datasets, and final statistical outputs related to this Invoice remain the intellectual property of Anadolu Pharmaceutical Research Corp. The Statistician retains no copies beyond the statutory retention period of 10 years as required by Turkish commercial law.
4. This Invoice has been generated in accordance with the Turkish Ministry of Finance e-Invoice (e-Fatura) regulations. A digital copy has been transmitted to the recipient's e-Devlet portal. The physical copy, if requested, shall be provided at the Meridian Statistical Consulting office in Turkey Istanbul.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Commercial Courts and the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
