Payment Due: This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of issue, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 applicable in the United Kingdom. Late payments may accrue interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
Scope of Work: All statistical analyses, modelling, and reporting described in this Invoice were performed by Dr. Eleanor Whitfield in her capacity as a qualified Statistician holding Fellowship of the Royal Statistical Society (FStat) and a valid UK Data Protection Officer certification. All work was conducted in full compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Confidentiality: The client acknowledges that all data, methodologies, and findings referenced in this Invoice are subject to the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) dated 1 February 2025, executed between the parties in London, United Kingdom. The Statistician shall retain no copies of raw patient data beyond the completion of the engagement.
