Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Master Services Agreement dated 03 January 2025 between Whitfield Statistical Analytics Ltd and North West Regional Health Authority, both operating within United Kingdom Manchester.
- Payment of the full Invoice amount of £29,028.00 is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the issue date. Late payments will incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate, as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- All services rendered by the Statistician are subject to the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. Any personal data processed during the engagement will be retained for a maximum of twelve months following completion of the project, after which it will be securely destroyed in line with the client's data retention policy.
- The Statistician warrants that all statistical analyses, models, and reports delivered under this Invoice have been conducted with professional diligence, in compliance with the Royal Statistical Society Code of Conduct, and in accordance with applicable United Kingdom Manchester and national regulatory standards.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Manchester, United Kingdom, before recourse to the courts of England and Wales. The governing law of this Invoice and the underlying contract is the law of England and Wales.
- Repayment or credit notes will only be issued in writing and must reference this Invoice number (INV-2025-MAN-0047). Please quote this reference on all correspondence and remittances.
