Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 12, 2025. Payment is due no later than July 12, 2025.

- A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Texas Business & Commerce Code §2.101.

- All statistical analyses, models, and reports delivered under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Statistician until full payment of this Invoice is received.
- Disputes regarding this Invoice must be submitted in writing within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, with jurisdiction in Harris County, Houston.
