Invoice Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement No. SA-2025-089 dated 28 April 2025 between DataStat Analytics LLC (the Statistician provider) and Tashkent Agricultural Research Institute (the Client), both registered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- All statistical work performed by the Statistician is subject to confidentiality. Data collected in Tashkent and across Uzbekistan shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the Client.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified above. Please reference Invoice No. DST-2025-0347 in the payment remittance.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Statistician reserves the right to re-quote rates based on current market conditions in Tashkent.
- All services were rendered in compliance with the Methodological Standards of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Statistics (Uzstat).
