Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice represents the complete and final billing for all statistical consulting services rendered by the Statistician, Dr. Alejandro Rivas Mendoza, to Corporación Petrolera del Caribe, C.A., during the period of March 1, 2025 through June 10, 2025, at the client's facilities in Venezuela Caracas.
2. All statistical analyses, models, and methodologies described in this Invoice are proprietary intellectual property of Rivas Statistical Consulting LLC. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for internal operational purposes only.
3. The Statistician warrants that all analyses were conducted in strict adherence to the American Statistical Association (ASA) ethical guidelines and Venezuelan data protection regulations (Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales).
4. Any additional statistical work, revisions, or follow-up consultations beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be subject to a separate billing agreement and a new Invoice.
5. This document constitutes a valid fiscal invoice (Factura Fiscal) under the regulations of the Servicio Nacional Integrado de Administración Aduanera y Tributaria (SENIAT) of Venezuela.
