4. Confidentiality: The Systems Engineer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data, systems, and business processes encountered while working in France. This obligation persists indefinitely after the completion of the services.
5. Governing Law: This invoice and the associated services are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
6. Tax Compliance: The VAT (TVA) charged is compliant with the current French tax regulations. If the client is VAT exempt or eligible for reverse charge mechanisms within the EU, please provide the necessary documentation to adjust this invoice accordingly.
