Terms and Conditions & Project Notes
This Invoice represents the final settlement for the Systems Engineering project executed between October 1, 2023, and October 23, 2023. All services were performed in accordance with the technical specifications agreed upon in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed on September 15, 2023.
Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur a penalty fee of 0.1% per day on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Please reference the Invoice Number (INV-RU-2023-089) when making the bank transfer.
Scope of Work: The services provided include high-level architectural planning, hands-on implementation of virtualization technologies, and security hardening. This Invoice does not include the cost of third-party software licenses or hardware procurement, which were billed separately under Purchase Order #PO-9982.
Support: A 30-day warranty period for the implemented configurations begins upon the date of this Invoice. Any critical issues arising from the engineering work during this period will be addressed at no additional cost.
