Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes the final and binding agreement between Kabul Tailor & Bespoke Atelier (hereinafter "the Tailor") and the client for all bespoke tailoring services rendered in Afghanistan Kabul during the period of 3 June 2025 through 14 June 2025.
- All garments and accessories listed on this Invoice are custom-made to the client's exact measurements. Due to the bespoke nature of the work performed by our Tailor, all items are non-returnable and non-refundable once the final fitting has been approved and signed off by the client.
- The Tailor guarantees a minimum 12-month warranty on all stitching, seams, and structural integrity of the garments. Any defect arising from workmanship within this period will be repaired at no additional cost at our Afghanistan Kabul workshop.
- Any alterations requested after the final fitting and delivery will be subject to a separate Invoice and additional charges as quoted by the Tailor at the time of the request.
- Fabric and material costs listed on this Invoice are at the prevailing market rate in the Kabul Grand Bazaar textile district as of the procurement date. Price fluctuations after the Invoice date do not affect the agreed amounts.
- The client acknowledges that the wedding sherwani (Item 6) was commissioned for a specific ceremony in Afghanistan Kabul and that the Tailor has allocated dedicated workshop time and senior embroidery artisans to complete this piece to the highest standard.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through amicable negotiation between the Tailor and the client. In the event of unresolved disagreement, the matter shall be referred to the Kabul District Commercial Arbitration Board in Afghanistan Kabul.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Tailor reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated pricing if materials or labor costs have changed.
