Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued by Atelier El Kheir Tailor, a registered tailoring workshop located in the heart of Algiers, Algeria. All garments listed above have been crafted by our master Tailor and senior seamstresses using traditional hand-finishing techniques combined with modern cutting methods.
The client is kindly requested to collect all finished garments from our workshop at 12, Rue Didouche Mourad, Hydra, Algiers, Algeria, no later than the due date stated above. A final fitting appointment will be scheduled prior to collection to ensure every piece meets the client's exacting standards.
Please note that any further alterations beyond the scope described in this Invoice will be subject to an additional charge, to be quoted separately by our Tailor upon inspection of the garment.
Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- Payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Algerian commercial law applicable in Algiers.
- All tailoring services and garments described in this Invoice are custom-made and non-returnable once the final fitting has been approved by the client. The Tailor reserves the right to refuse cancellation after the cutting stage has commenced.
- Atelier El Kheir Tailor guarantees workmanship on all bespoke garments for a period of six (6) months from the date of collection. This warranty covers stitching defects, seam failures, and structural issues attributable to the Tailor's workshop.
- Fabric and materials sourced by the client are at the client's own risk. The Tailor in Algiers, Algeria shall not be held liable for fabric defects, colour fading, or material shrinkage not caused by the tailoring process.
- Payment may be made by bank transfer to the account of Atelier El Kheir Tailor (RIB: 007 00000 1234567890 12), by cash at the Algiers workshop, or by certified cheque. Electronic payment via CIB or EDAHABIA is also accepted.
- This Invoice constitutes a binding commercial document under the Algerian Code of Obligations and Contracts. Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Algiers, Algeria.
- The Tailor reserves the right to make minor aesthetic adjustments to the final garment without prior notification, provided the overall design and measurements remain consistent with the approved pattern.
