Payment Terms: Full payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue of this invoice. Payment may be made via bank transfer (CBU: 0110001100000000000012), credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or in cash at our Buenos Aires atelier. For payments exceeding 100,000 ARS, a bank transfer is strongly recommended for record-keeping purposes in compliance with Argentine financial regulations.
Important Note: This invoice has been issued in accordance with the tax regulations of the Argentine Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP – Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos) and the tax authority of the City of Buenos Aires (CABA). The CUIT number listed above is registered for the provision of tailoring and bespoke garment services within the jurisdiction of Buenos Aires, Argentina. A digital copy of this invoice is available upon request via our AFIP electronic invoicing system (Sistema de Facturación Electrónica).
Terms and Conditions1. All tailoring services described in this invoice were performed at our atelier located in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The client acknowledges that all measurements, fittings, and garment construction were carried out in accordance with the highest standards of Argentine and international bespoke tailoring.
2. This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for the tailoring services rendered. The amounts listed are in Argentine Pesos (ARS) and are subject to the applicable tax rates in force in Buenos Aires, Argentina at the time of service delivery.
3. Any dispute arising from this invoice or the tailoring services described herein shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the civil and commercial courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, in accordance with the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code (Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación).
4. The client agrees that all bespoke garments and tailored items produced by our atelier are unique works of craftsmanship. Minor variations in stitching, fabric texture, or finish are inherent to hand-tailored garments and do not constitute a defect.
5. This invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client is requested to contact our Buenos Aires office to confirm the outstanding balance and arrange payment.
6. By accepting this invoice, the client acknowledges receipt of all tailoring services listed and confirms satisfaction with the quality of work performed by our master tailors in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
