Notes from Your Tailor
Dear Mr. Whitfield, thank you for entrusting St. Kilda Bespoke Tailor with your wardrobe needs. This Invoice covers the complete bespoke commission and alteration work completed in our Australia Melbourne atelier between 20 May and 12 June 2025. All garments have undergone three professional fittings, and the final pieces were inspected by our Master Tailor for quality assurance before delivery.
Please note that all bespoke garments carry a 12-month workmanship warranty. Should you require any minor adjustments within this period, our Tailor team in Melbourne will attend to them at no additional cost. We recommend storing all wool garments on padded hangers in a cool, dry environment to preserve their shape and finish.

Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Taxation Administration Act 1953 (Cth). All prices are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable in Australia Melbourne and the state of Victoria.
2. All bespoke tailoring work is non-refundable once the initial cutting of fabric has commenced, as per the agreement signed at the first fitting consultation.
3. Alteration work on client-supplied garments is subject to a 7-day inspection period. Any damage to the garment prior to tailoring must be disclosed at the time of drop-off.
4. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document between St. Kilda Bespoke Tailor Pty Ltd (ABN 48 215 673 901), Australia Melbourne, and the client named above. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
5. Garments must be collected within 30 days of the completion date. A storage fee of $15.00 per week will apply thereafter. Our Tailor workshop in Melbourne is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
6. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued reflecting any changes in material costs or exchange rates for imported fabrics.
