This Invoice reflects the full scope of tailoring work completed by our master tailor team during the period of 2 June to 14 June 2025. All garments were constructed and finished in our Australia Sydney workshop on George Street, The Rocks.
Your bespoke three-piece suit is ready for collection from 16 June 2025. Please present this Invoice or the reference number ST-2025-04872 at the front desk. The complimentary minor adjustment period commences on the date of collection. Our tailor team remains available for any further refinements during this period at no additional cost.
All materials sourced for this commission meet Australian textile labelling standards under the Trade Descriptions (Textiles) Regulations 1991. Fabric provenance certificates are enclosed with your garments.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between Sydney Tailor & Bespoke Atelier Pty Ltd (the "Tailor") and the client named above for the tailoring services and goods described herein.
2. All bespoke garments are made to the client's specific measurements and are non-returnable and non-refundable once the final fitting has been approved and signed off by the client.
3. The Tailor warrants that all workmanship meets the standards of a professional bespoke tailor operating in Australia Sydney and complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) consumer guarantees.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. The client may lodge a complaint with NSW Fair Trading or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Tailor reserves the right to re-quote materials and labour at prevailing rates.
6. GST (Goods and Services Tax) at the current Australian rate of 10% is included in all prices as displayed on this Invoice. The Tailor is registered for GST with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
