Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between Shahin Premium Tailor & Boutique, Bangladesh Dhaka, and the client named above.
- All tailoring work described in this Invoice is custom-made and non-returnable once the fitting process has commenced, except in cases of documented Tailor error.
- Fabric and material costs are included in the unit prices as stated. Any additional material requested by the client after the initial order will be billed separately via a supplementary Invoice.
- The Tailor reserves the right to substitute equivalent-grade fabric if the specified material is unavailable, subject to prior written consent from the client.
- Delivery within the Dhaka metropolitan area is included. For locations outside Dhaka, a separate courier charge will apply and will be noted on a revised Invoice.
- All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, with jurisdiction in the Dhaka District Courts.
- This Invoice is computer-generated and does not require a physical signature to be valid. A digital copy sent via email is considered an original document.
