Invoice Notes & Tailor Remarks
Thank you for entrusting Atelier Couture Montréal with your bespoke wedding suit commission. This Invoice reflects the complete scope of tailoring services rendered by our Canada Montreal workshop from initial consultation through final delivery. All garments were constructed to the highest standards of traditional tailoring craftsmanship.
Please note that this Invoice covers the full bespoke suit project as discussed during your consultation on May 28, 2025. The final fitting was completed on June 18, 2025, and the garment was delivered to your residence on June 20, 2025. Your Master Tailor, Éric Fontaine, is available for any post-delivery adjustments within ninety (90) days of the delivery date at no additional charge.
All fabrics and materials used in this commission are of premium grade and were specifically selected for their durability, drape, and suitability for formal Canadian climate conditions in Montréal. Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Payment of the full Invoice amount of $4,330.29 CAD is due within thirty (30) days of the issue date, no later than July 12, 2025. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Québec commercial law.
2. Accepted payment methods include: Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, certified cheque, or bank wire transfer to our Canada Montreal office. Please reference Invoice number ACO-2025-04872 with all payments.
3. This Invoice is valid for one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be subject to re-evaluation of material costs.
4. All tailoring services described in this Invoice are covered by our Canada Montreal workshop's quality guarantee for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final delivery. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship but does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or alterations performed by a third-party tailor.
5. Any disputes regarding this Invoice or the tailoring services rendered shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Montréal, Québec.
6. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document between Atelier Couture Montréal and the client named herein. Retain this document for your personal tax records and warranty purposes.
