Payment Terms & Notes
Payment Method: Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or certified cheque payable to "Vancouver Tailor & Bespoke Atelier Inc." A 50% deposit was received on May 28, 2025 (Receipt No. RCP-2025-03312) in the amount of $2,682.50 CAD. The remaining balance of $2,682.50 CAD is due upon final collection of all tailoring pieces.
Collection: All completed garments are ready for pickup at our Vancouver, BC atelier located at 1247 West Georgia Street, Suite 302, Vancouver, Canada. Please allow 48 hours' notice for collection scheduling. Our tailor team will conduct a final in-person fitting prior to release.
Warranty: All bespoke tailoring work is covered under our Vancouver atelier warranty for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of collection. This includes repair of any stitching defects, button replacement, and minor structural adjustments performed by our in-house tailor staff.
Canadian Tax Compliance: This invoice is issued in accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requirements for retail services in British Columbia. GST at 5% has been applied as per the Goods and Services Tax Act. A tax receipt is available upon request for personal tax filing purposes.
Privacy: All client measurements, design preferences, and personal information are stored securely in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Our Vancouver tailor atelier does not share client data with third parties.
