Payment Instructions & Terms
Payment for this invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date, no later than June 26, 2025. Please remit payment via bank transfer to the account below, or by WeChat Pay / Alipay using the QR code provided at our Beijing storefront. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date.

All tailoring work completed by our Beijing atelier is covered by a 90-day workmanship guarantee. Should any stitching, seam, or structural defect appear within this period, our tailor team will perform the necessary repair at no additional charge. Fabric defects are subject to the supplier's warranty terms.

- The client's body measurements are stored securely in our Beijing atelier records for future commissions. Please reference Order No. ORD-BJ-2025-3341 for any follow-up tailoring requests.
- Garment care instructions in both English and Mandarin Chinese are enclosed with each item. We recommend professional dry cleaning in Beijing for all wool and silk pieces.
- This invoice is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, a re-issued invoice may be required for tax and accounting purposes in China.
