Important Notes Regarding This Tailor Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by Guangzhou Imperial Tailor House, a licensed bespoke tailoring establishment registered in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. All tailoring services described herein were performed at our physical atelier located in Zhujiang New Town, Guangzhou.
- All bespoke garments and tailored items listed in this Invoice are covered under our 90-day workmanship guarantee. Any stitching defects, seam failures, or structural issues attributable to the tailoring process will be repaired at no additional charge within the guarantee period.
- Client-supplied fabrics and materials (as noted in Items 3 and 5) are the sole responsibility of the client. The tailor assumes no liability for pre-existing damage, shrinkage, or color bleeding of client-provided textiles.
- Alteration services performed on garments in Guangzhou are subject to a minimum 48-hour turnaround unless the urgent same-day service fee has been applied, as reflected in this Invoice.
- This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute regarding the tailoring services rendered, both parties agree to resolve matters through the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission before pursuing litigation in the Tianhe District People's Court.
- For international clients, please note that this Invoice is denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY). Foreign currency conversions are the responsibility of the client and are not guaranteed by the tailor.
- A duplicate copy of this Invoice may be requested by contacting our Guangzhou office during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00 CST). The duplicate will bear the same Invoice number and will be marked "DUPLICATE – NO PAYMENT REQUIRED."
