Invoice Notes & Terms of Service
This Invoice is issued by Atelier Kinshasa Couture, a registered Tailor and bespoke garment workshop operating in the Gombe district of Kinshasa, DR Congo. All tailoring services described in this document were performed by our master Tailor and a team of four skilled seamstresses in our workshop located at 14, Avenue du Commerce, Gombe, Kinshasa.
The client is requested to settle the full amount of this Invoice within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment may be made via mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, or Orange Money), bank transfer to the account of Atelier Kinshasa Couture at BCC (Banque Commerciale du Congo), or in cash at our Kinshasa workshop during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
All garments are crafted with premium materials sourced from local markets in Kinshasa and imported suppliers in Brussels and Milan. The Tailor guarantees a minimum of six months of workmanship on every piece. Should any stitching defect appear within this period, the client may bring the garment back to our DR Congo Kinshasa atelier for complimentary repair.
Please note that this Invoice does not include any additional alterations requested after the final fitting. Any further modifications will be quoted separately and invoiced as a supplementary document. The Tailor reserves the right to request a 50% deposit before commencing work on any bespoke order exceeding 1,000,000 CDF in value.
