Invoice Notes & Tailor Service Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Addis Ababa Master Tailor & Bespoke Atelier, a registered Tailor business operating in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. All services listed above were performed by our in-house master Tailor team under the supervision of Head Tailor Mr. Yohannes Bekele (30+ years of experience).
2. All bespoke garments are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of delivery. Any stitching defects, seam failures, or fitting issues arising from our Tailor workmanship will be repaired at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper washing, ironing, or storage.
3. The client is required to complete a final fitting session at our Addis Ababa workshop before the garments are released. The Tailor will perform final adjustments (hemming, button placement, collar alignment) during this session at no extra charge.
4. Payment is due within 14 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a 2% monthly interest charge as per Ethiopian commercial law. Partial payments are accepted but must be settled in full before garment collection.
5. Fabric samples and measurement records are retained in our Tailor archive for 12 months. Should the client wish to order additional garments in the future, the Tailor can reproduce the exact fit without requiring a new full measurement session.
6. This Invoice is valid for 30 days. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in fabric costs, import duties, or Ethiopian Birr exchange rates.
7. For any disputes regarding this Invoice or the Tailoring services rendered, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation at our Addis Ababa, Ethiopia premises. Unresolved matters shall be referred to the Addis Ababa City Commercial Court.
