Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice from Maison du Tailor, France Lyon, is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice date. Payment may be made by bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the account details below, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or in person at our Tailor atelier located at 12 Rue de la République, 69002 Lyon, France. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with French commercial law (Article L441-10 du Code de commerce). Notes from the Tailor — France Lyon Atelier
Dear Mr. Dupont, thank you for entrusting Maison du Tailor with the creation of your bespoke wardrobe. This Invoice reflects the complete scope of Tailor services rendered in our France Lyon atelier between 20 May 2025 and 14 June 2025. Your bespoke suit has been constructed entirely by hand using traditional French and Italian tailoring techniques passed down through three generations of our family. Each garment has undergone a minimum of three fitting sessions to ensure a perfect silhouette. The final pressing and quality inspection were personally supervised by our head Tailor, Maître Jean-Pierre Moreau. We kindly invite you to collect your garments at our France Lyon premises during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM). Should you require any further alterations within ninety (90) days of collection, our Tailor team will perform minor adjustments at no additional charge. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all services described herein.
