Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Atelier Schneiderwerk Berlin, a registered Tailor and bespoke tailoring workshop located in the heart of Germany Berlin (district of Mitte). All tailoring services described herein were performed at our atelier on Kastanienallee 42, 10435 Berlin.
2. The bespoke suit and accompanying garments referenced in this Invoice were crafted exclusively for the named client. All measurements, fabric selections, and design specifications were agreed upon during the initial consultation and are documented in Order Reference ORD-2025-0891.
3. As a licensed Tailor operating under the German Handwerksordnung (Crafts Code), Atelier Schneiderwerk Berlin guarantees all workmanship for a period of two years from the date of final delivery, in accordance with § 634a BGB (German Civil Code).
4. Any alterations required within 30 days of delivery due to manufacturing defects will be performed at no additional charge. Client-requested modifications beyond the agreed specifications will be subject to a separate Invoice.
5. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under German commercial law. In the event of any dispute regarding the services rendered or the amounts stated on this Invoice, the jurisdiction of the local court in Berlin, Germany shall apply.
6. The Tailor studio reserves the right to retain the finished garments until full payment of this Invoice has been received and cleared in our bank account.
