Payment Terms & Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with German commercial law (HGB § 288) and the applicable regulations of the Handwerksordnung (Crafts Code) governing Tailor services in the state of Bavaria, Germany Munich region.
Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice date via bank transfer to: IBAN DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC COBADEFFXXX, Bank: Bayerische Landesbank, Munich, Germany. Please reference Invoice No. INV-2025-00487 in your payment transfer.
A late payment interest of 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank base rate applies to overdue amounts as stipulated under § 288 HGB. The client acknowledges that this Tailor Invoice represents the final and complete settlement for all bespoke tailoring services rendered during the stated service period.
All bespoke garments are constructed to the highest standard of German Tailor craftsmanship. A warranty of twelve (12) months applies to all hand-stitching and structural workmanship. Minor alterations within the first thirty (30) days of delivery in Munich are provided at no additional charge.
Legal & Regulatory Information
Atelier Schneiderhaus München is a registered Tailor business (Einzelunternehmen) operating under the supervision of the Handwerkskammer für München und Oberbayern. The Master Tailor (Meisterbrief) qualification is held in accordance with § 7 Handwerksordnung.
This Invoice is issued pursuant to § 14 UStG (German VAT Act) and complies with the requirements of the GoBD (Grundsätze zur ordnungsmäßigen Führung und Aufbewahrung von Büchern, Aufzeichnungen und Unterlagen in elektronischer Form). The document is valid as a tax-relevant Invoice for the purpose of input tax deduction under § 15 UStG.
