Notes & Tailor Remarks
Dear Dr. Boateng, thank you for entrusting our Tailor workshop in Ghana Accra with your garment commissions. Please note that the bespoke three-piece suit (Item 1) will be ready for final fitting on 20 June 2025 at our studio on Oxford Street. The kente wrapper (Item 2) is ready for collection immediately. All school uniforms (Item 4) have been delivered to St. Mary's Academy, Osu, Ghana Accra, on 12 June 2025, and the signed delivery receipt is attached to this Invoice.
Please present this Invoice to our front desk upon collection of any remaining garments. Our Tailor team is available Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, for any post-delivery adjustments at no additional charge within 30 days of this Invoice date.
Payment Terms & Conditions (Ghana Accra Tailor Services)
1. Payment for this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date. Accepted payment methods include Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Cash), bank transfer to our Ghana Accra account, and cash at our Tailor studio.
2. A late payment penalty of 2% per week will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in accordance with Ghanaian commercial practice.
3. All Tailor work is guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. This warranty covers stitching defects, seam failures, and button attachment issues. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, washing, or wear.
4. Custom fabric purchased on behalf of the client is non-refundable once the Tailor cutting process has commenced. Please confirm all measurements and design choices in writing before production begins.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days. After this period, the quoted prices may be subject to revision due to changes in fabric costs in the Ghana Accra textile market.
6. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, with jurisdiction in the courts of Ghana Accra.
