1. This Invoice is issued by Master Tailor Studio, a registered Tailor business operating in India Bangalore, Karnataka, India. All tailoring services described herein were performed at our studio premises in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, India Bangalore.
2. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, as per the standard terms of this Tailor's commercial agreement.
3. All garments and items listed on this Invoice are custom-tailored to the specific measurements and specifications provided by the customer. Due to the bespoke nature of the Tailor's work, all sales are final and non-refundable once the final fitting is approved and signed off by the customer.
4. The Tailor reserves the right to make minor adjustments during the construction process to ensure optimal fit and finish. Any significant deviation from the agreed design must be communicated in writing before the final stitching stage.
5. Fabric and material costs are included in the unit rates specified above unless otherwise noted. If the customer opts for a premium fabric upgrade after the Invoice is generated, a supplementary Invoice will be issued by the Tailor.
6. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Tailor may re-quote the rates based on current material costs in the India Bangalore market.
7. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
8. The Tailor guarantees workmanship quality for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. Any stitching defects within this period will be repaired at no additional charge.
