3. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Tailor reserves the right to revise charges based on current fabric and labour rates in India New Delhi.
4. Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. The Tailor is not liable for damage to client-supplied fabrics beyond the scope of the agreed tailoring work.
