Terms, Conditions & Tailor Service Notes
- This invoice is issued by Atelier Karim, a registered tailor and bespoke garment workshop located in the Valiasr District of Tehran, Iran. All tailoring services are performed in accordance with the standards set by the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture.
- All garments are hand-tailored by experienced Iranian tailors with a minimum of fifteen years of experience in bespoke and made-to-measure garment construction. The master tailor personally oversees every fitting and final quality inspection before delivery.
- Payment is due within ten (10) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly surcharge as per Iranian commercial law. - The client is entitled to one (1) complimentary alteration session within thirty (30) days of garment delivery. This includes minor adjustments to sleeve length, trouser hem, or jacket fit. Any additional tailoring work beyond the complimentary session will be billed separately at the standard tailor rate of 350,000 IRR per adjustment.

- This invoice serves as the official receipt for all tailoring services rendered. The client acknowledges receipt of all garments in good condition, properly pressed, and packaged. Any defects or discrepancies must be reported to the tailor within seven (7) days of delivery.
- For any disputes regarding this invoice or the quality of tailoring work, the parties agree to first seek resolution through direct negotiation at the Tehran atelier. In the event of unresolved disputes, the matter shall be referred to the Tehran Arbitration Center in accordance with Iranian civil and commercial law.
- Atelier Karim reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the final garment to ensure optimal fit and drape, consistent with the bespoke tailoring philosophy practiced in this Tehran workshop. The master tailor will communicate any such adjustments to the client prior to final stitching.
