Notes & Terms of This Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued by Sartoria Milano, a registered artisan Tailor house operating in Italy Milan since 1987. All bespoke garments referenced in this Invoice are crafted exclusively by hand at our atelier located at Via Montenapoleone 42, Italy Milan, in accordance with traditional Italian tailoring standards.
2. Payment for this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date. Please remit payment via bank transfer to: IBAN IT60 X054 2811 1000 0000 4567 890, BIC: BLOPIT22. Reference the Invoice number SM-2025-00487 in all correspondence.
3. All bespoke Tailor services listed in this Invoice include a complimentary final fitting appointment at our Italy Milan workshop. Should the client require additional alterations beyond the standard fitting, a separate Invoice will be issued at the rate of 45.00 EUR per hour of Tailor labour.
4. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the quoted prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in fabric costs and artisan Tailor labour rates in Italy Milan.
5. All garments produced under this Invoice carry a two-year craftsmanship guarantee covering stitching integrity, button attachment, and structural alignment. This guarantee is honoured at our Tailor atelier in Italy Milan and does not cover damage caused by improper care or third-party alteration.
6. In the event of a dispute regarding the services described in this Invoice, the parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation in the city of Italy Milan, in accordance with Italian commercial law (Codice Civile, Articles 1321–1386).
