Invoice Notes & Tailor Service Terms
- This Invoice is issued by Kyoto Tailor Atelier, a registered bespoke Tailor establishment located in the historic Higashiyama district of Japan Kyoto. All tailoring services described herein were performed at our atelier address listed above.
- The client is requested to settle the full amount of this Invoice within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the Kyoto Tailor Atelier account (Bank of Kyoto, Account No. 004-221-8876) or by major international credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB).
- All bespoke garments crafted by our Tailor team in Japan Kyoto carry a thirty-day minor alteration guarantee. Should the client require adjustments beyond the complimentary allowance, a separate Invoice will be issued at the standard Tailor alteration rate of ¥5,000 per adjustment.
- The Kyoto Tailor Atelier adheres to all applicable Japanese consumer protection regulations and the Kyoto City Business Registration Act. This Invoice serves as the official record of the tailoring transaction and may be presented for tax or reimbursement purposes.
- For any disputes regarding this Invoice or the quality of Tailor services rendered in Japan Kyoto, the client is encouraged to contact the Master Tailor directly at the atelier. All matters will be resolved in good faith in accordance with Japanese commercial law.
- Garments are to be stored in the breathable garment bags provided by the Kyoto Tailor Atelier. The Tailor team recommends professional dry cleaning no more than twice per year to preserve the integrity of the hand-stitched construction.
