5. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for all Tailor services rendered during the period of May 20, 2025, through June 14, 2025. No additional fees will be incurred beyond the amounts listed unless expressly agreed upon in writing by both parties.
6. Consumption Tax (10%) is applied in accordance with the Japanese Consumption Tax Act. As the client is a non-resident of Japan, a tax-free receipt may be issued upon presentation of a valid passport and departure confirmation, subject to the conditions set by the National Tax Agency of Japan.
7. All intellectual property, including pattern designs and monogram embroidery layouts created by our Tailor artisans in Japan Tokyo, remains the property of Tokyo Tailor Atelier Co., Ltd. The client receives a personal, non-transferable license to wear the finished garments.
8. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of Japan and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, Japan Tokyo.
9. This Invoice is valid for one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of issuance. After this period, the balance shall be referred to our accounts receivable division for collection in accordance with Japanese commercial law.
