Invoice Notes & Tailor Remarks
1. All bespoke garments listed in this Invoice were constructed and finished at our Al Noor Tailor workshop in Kuwait City, Kuwait. The client attended all scheduled fittings at the Kuwait City premises.
2. The bespoke two-piece suit (Item #1) was completed within the 48-hour rush window. The final garment was delivered to the client's residence in Salmiya, Kuwait City, on 14 June 2025.
3. Fabric for Items #1, #2, and #4 was sourced from our in-house inventory at Al Noor Tailor, Kuwait City. Fabric for Items #3 and #5 was provided by the client.
4. A complimentary minor adjustment (within 1 cm) is included for all bespoke items for a period of 30 days from the date of this Invoice, to be performed at our Kuwait City workshop.
5. Payment is due within 15 days of the Invoice issue date. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (Kuwait National Bank, Account ending 4471), cash at the Kuwait City shop, or approved credit cards.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice is the sole financial obligation document between Al Noor Tailor, Kuwait City, Kuwait, and the named client for the services and materials described herein. Any additional alterations or services beyond the scope of this Invoice will be subject to a separate Invoice.
2. Overdue payments on this Invoice will incur a late fee of 2% per month, calculated from the due date of 30 June 2025. Al Noor Tailor reserves the right to withhold any stored garments in our Kuwait City facility until full payment is received.
3. All bespoke tailoring work performed by Al Noor Tailor in Kuwait City is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty. This warranty covers stitching defects, button attachment failures, and structural issues but does not cover fabric damage caused by the client's improper care or storage.
4. The client acknowledges that all measurements and design preferences were confirmed in writing during the initial consultation at our Kuwait City workshop. Al Noor Tailor is not liable for deviations arising from client-requested changes after the pattern-cutting stage.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, any outstanding balance will be referred to the appropriate collection procedures under Kuwaiti commercial law.
6. Al Noor Tailor, Kuwait City, Kuwait, is registered with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the State of Kuwait. All services are performed in compliance with local trade regulations and consumer protection statutes.
