This Invoice from Sutera Fine Tailor, Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, covers all bespoke tailoring services rendered during your personal fitting session on 10 June 2025. All garments have been crafted by our master tailor team using premium imported fabrics sourced from Italy, England, and local Malaysian weavers.
The traditional Baju Melayu set has been specially tailored for your upcoming wedding ceremony and will be ready for final collection on 25 June 2025. A complimentary final fitting and adjustment session is included at no additional charge. Please present this Invoice at our Malaysia Kuala Lumpur showroom for collection.
All bespoke items carry a 90-day workmanship warranty. Should any stitching, seam, or structural issue arise within this period, our tailor team will perform repairs at no cost to you.
Payment & Terms
Payment Method: Bank Transfer (Maybank – Account No: 5123 4567 8901, Sutera Fine Tailor Sdn. Bhd.) or Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard / AMEX). Please reference Invoice No. STF-2025-00847 on all payments.
Due Date: Full payment is due within 14 calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., by 28 June 2025. A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will be applied to outstanding balances after the due date.
Refund Policy: Bespoke and custom-tailored items are non-refundable once production has commenced. Alteration services are non-refundable once the work has been completed and approved by the client.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the laws of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur and the jurisdiction of the Kuala Lumpur Magistrate Court.
Tax Compliance: This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) e-Invoice guidelines. SST registration number: 001234567890.
