Notes & Terms of Service

1. This invoice represents the complete and final accounting for all tailor services rendered by Atelier Sastre del Centro, S.A. de C.V., located in Mexico, Mexico City, during the service period indicated above. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts listed herein unless a written change order is signed by both parties.

2. All bespoke tailoring work is guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of final delivery. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship, including but not limited to seam failure, button detachment, and lining separation. Fabric defects are covered under the manufacturer's warranty and are not the responsibility of the tailor.

3. The client acknowledges that all measurements were taken and confirmed in person at our Mexico City atelier. The tailor assumes no liability for fit discrepancies arising from changes in the client's body measurements after the final fitting session.

4. Late payments are subject to a monthly interest charge of 1.5% calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Mexican commercial law (Código de Comercio). This invoice is valid as a fiscal document (factura) for tax deduction purposes in Mexico.

5. All garments and materials remain the property of the tailor until full payment of this invoice has been received and verified. Pickup of completed items requires presentation of this invoice or a valid identification document matching the client name listed above.

6. For any disputes regarding the quality or accuracy of the tailoring work described in this invoice, the client agrees to first contact the master tailor directly at the Mexico City location. A formal written complaint must be submitted within thirty (30) days of garment delivery.
