Notes & Remarks
This invoice covers all bespoke tailoring, alteration, and repair services rendered by Harbour City Tailor & Bespoke Atelier in Auckland, New Zealand, during the service period specified above. All garments were constructed and finished to the highest standards of the New Zealand Tailors Guild.
Please note that the bespoke suit (Ref 01) and wedding tuxedo (Ref 04) include a 12-month complimentary alteration warranty. Should any fit adjustments be required within this period, please return the garment to our Auckland workshop for a free re-fitting session.
The corporate uniform sample (Ref 08) is a non-refundable deposit toward the full production run of 50 units. A separate production invoice will be issued upon client approval of the final sample and fabric selection.
All work was completed in compliance with the New Zealand Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This invoice serves as your official receipt and warranty documentation for all services listed herein.
Terms & Conditions
- This invoice is issued by Harbour City Tailor & Bespoke Atelier, a registered business in Auckland, New Zealand, and is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
- All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 15% as mandated by the Inland Revenue Department of New Zealand.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this invoice. Overdue accounts may be referred to a debt collection agency in accordance with New Zealand debt collection practices.
- All bespoke tailoring work is made to the client's specific measurements. Once construction has commenced, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, and the client assumes responsibility for any changes to the original specification after the first fitting.
- Garments must be collected from our Auckland workshop within thirty (30) days of the completion notification. Storage beyond this period may incur a weekly fee of NZD 15.00 per item.
- This invoice is valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of issue. After this period, the invoice may be re-issued with updated pricing if material costs have changed.
- For any disputes regarding the quality or accuracy of tailoring work, please contact our Auckland office in writing within fourteen (14) days of garment collection. We are committed to resolving all matters in good faith in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- Harbour City Tailor & Bespoke Atelier reserves the right to refuse any alteration or repair work that may compromise the structural integrity of the garment. In such cases, the client will be advised prior to any work commencing.
