Invoice Notes & Tailor's Remarks
Dear Mr. Whitfield, thank you for entrusting Wellington Tailor & Bespoke Atelier with your wardrobe commission. This Invoice reflects the full scope of bespoke tailoring services agreed upon during your consultation on 2 June 2025 at our Cuba Street workshop in New Zealand Wellington.
All bespoke garments will be ready for final fitting by 12 July 2025. Please schedule your final fitting appointment at your earliest convenience. Our Master Tailor, Mr. Kowalski, will personally oversee the final adjustments to ensure each piece meets the exacting standards our New Zealand Wellington clientele expect.
Payment may be made via bank transfer to: ANZ Bank, Account Name: Wellington Tailor & Bespoke Atelier Ltd, Account No: 01-0456-7890123-00, Reference: WT-2025-04871. Alternatively, EFTPOS or credit card payment is accepted in-store. Please quote this Invoice number on all correspondence.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- All bespoke tailoring work is non-refundable once fabric cutting has commenced. Alterations requested after the first fitting may incur additional charges at the discretion of the Tailor.
- Wellington Tailor & Bespoke Atelier provides a twelve-month guarantee on all bespoke garments constructed in our New Zealand Wellington workshop, covering stitching integrity, button attachment, and structural defects.
- Client-supplied fabrics are at the client's risk. Our Tailor team will inspect all materials prior to cutting and advise on suitability. No liability is accepted for pre-existing defects in client-provided materials.
- This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between Wellington Tailor & Bespoke Atelier Ltd and the client named herein. All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the District Court, Wellington, New Zealand.
- Garments must be collected within thirty (30) days of the final fitting date. Storage beyond this period will be charged at NZD 15.00 per week. This Invoice remains valid for ninety (90) days from the issue date.
- Photographs of the finished garments may be taken for our portfolio with the client's written consent. No images will be published without explicit approval from the client.
