Invoice Notes & Tailoring Details
This Invoice is issued by Abuja Royal Tailor & Fashion House, a registered tailoring and bespoke garment workshop located in the heart of Nigeria Abuja. All tailoring services listed above were performed at our dedicated workshop on Zuba Road, Wuse II, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria. The Tailor team, led by Master Tailor Ibrahim Sule, personally supervised every stage of pattern-making, cutting, stitching, and finishing to ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship.
The client is advised that all bespoke garments are made to the exact measurements taken during the on-site consultation in Abuja. Any post-delivery alterations beyond the included fittings will be subject to a separate Invoice at the Tailor's standard rate of NGN 5,000 per adjustment. Fabric costs are included in the unit prices listed above unless otherwise stated.
Payment for this Invoice may be made via bank transfer to Abuja Royal Tailor & Fashion House, Access Bank, Account No: 0123456789, or by cheque payable to "Abuja Royal Tailor & Fashion House." Please reference Invoice No. ART-2025-0487 on all payments. The Tailor's office in Abuja accepts payments in Nigerian Naira (NGN) only.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment is due within 14 days as stated above. Late payments will attract a penalty of 2% per month as per Nigerian commercial practice.
2. All tailoring work is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of delivery. Any defects in stitching, construction, or finishing will be repaired at no additional cost by the Tailor at our Abuja workshop.
3. The client acknowledges that bespoke garments are made to order and are non-refundable once the cutting process has commenced. Cancellations before cutting will incur a 20% administrative fee.
4. This Invoice constitutes a legal document under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
5. Abuja Royal Tailor & Fashion House reserves the right to substitute equivalent fabric or materials if the specified items are unavailable, provided prior written consent is obtained from the client.
6. All garments are to be delivered to the specified address within Abuja, Nigeria. Delivery outside the FCT will require a separate arrangement and additional Invoice for logistics.
