Notes & Terms of Service
This Invoice is issued by Atelier del Sastre Lima, a registered professional Tailor and custom garment house operating in Peru Lima. All bespoke tailoring services described herein are subject to the following conditions:
- All measurements are taken in person at our Peru Lima atelier located in San Isidro. The client is responsible for attending all scheduled fitting sessions. Rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
- The estimated production timeline for the bespoke three-piece suit is twenty (20) business days from the initial measurement appointment. The dinner jacket and dress shirts will be completed within fourteen (14) business days.
- Any alterations requested after the final fitting will be subject to an additional charge, which will be itemized on a supplementary Invoice if applicable.
- Fabric selections are final once the cutting process begins. Substitutions must be approved in writing by the lead Tailor prior to commencement of work.
- This Invoice is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs or exchange rates.
- All garments are covered by a six-month workmanship warranty. This warranty covers stitching defects, structural failures, and fitting issues attributable to the Tailor's craftsmanship. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, storage, or third-party alterations.
- Atelier del Sastre Lima complies with all applicable Peruvian tax regulations administered by SUNAT. This Invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document for corporate expense reporting in Peru.
- For any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated tailoring services, the parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in the courts of Lima, Peru, in accordance with the Peruvian Civil Code.
