Invoice Notes & Tailor Service Terms
This Invoice is issued by Manila Tailor & Bespoke Garment Services, a registered tailoring establishment operating in the heart of Philippines Manila. All garments listed above were crafted, altered, or fitted by our master tailor team in accordance with the specifications agreed upon during the initial consultation session.
- All custom tailoring work is subject to a minimum of two (2) fitting sessions. Additional fittings beyond the included sessions will be billed separately at PHP 500.00 per session.
- Fabric provided by the client is at the client's risk. Manila Tailor assumes no liability for pre-existing damage, fading, or shrinkage of client-supplied materials.
- Alterations to garments not originally tailored by our shop may incur additional charges depending on the complexity of the structural modification required.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- All garments are guaranteed for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Any stitching defects or construction faults identified within this period will be repaired at no additional cost by our tailor team.
- For traditional Filipino attire (Barong Tagalog, Terno, etc.), please note that handwoven fabrics such as Piña and Jusi require special care. A care instruction card is included with each delivery.
- This Invoice is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. Please retain this document for your tax records and warranty claims.
