Payment Terms & Conditions
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per day in accordance with Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer to the account of Atelier Neva Couture (Sberbank, BIC: 044030643, Account: 40702810400000012345), cash at the Tailor atelier in Saint Petersburg, or via SBP (Faster Payments System) QR code.
- All Tailor services listed in this Invoice have been completed and inspected by the client on the dates indicated. The client confirms full satisfaction with the quality of workmanship and fit of all garments produced.
- A warranty period of twelve (12) months applies to all bespoke Tailor work. During this period, minor adjustments (hemming, button replacement, minor seam repairs) shall be performed free of charge at our atelier in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
- This Invoice serves as the official fiscal document for the transaction. A duplicate copy may be requested by the client at any time by contacting the Tailor workshop directly.
