Invoice Notes & Tailor Service Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Al-Nakheel Tailor, a registered bespoke tailoring establishment operating in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. All garments listed above are custom-made to the exact measurements and specifications provided by the customer during the initial fitting session at our Jeddah workshop.
2. The Tailor guarantees a minimum of two (2) fitting sessions for all bespoke suits and formal wear. Any additional alterations required beyond the standard two fittings will be subject to a separate charge and a supplementary Invoice.
3. All fabric selections have been approved in writing by the customer. The Tailor is not liable for any discrepancies arising from fabric substitutions requested after the cutting phase has commenced.
4. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as per the commercial regulations of Saudi Arabia.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Tailor reserves the right to re-quote pricing based on current material costs in the Jeddah market.
6. All work is performed at our licensed Tailor workshop located on Commercial Street, Al-Balad, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Customers may collect finished garments in person or opt for our complimentary delivery service within the Jeddah metropolitan area.
7. In the event of any dispute regarding the quality of tailoring work, the customer is advised to contact the Master Tailor directly within seven (7) days of garment collection. A written assessment will be conducted, and any confirmed defects will be rectified at no additional cost.
