VAT is calculated in accordance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) regulations of Saudi Arabia. This Invoice is issued in compliance with the e-invoicing mandate effective for all businesses operating in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
Invoice Notes
This Invoice covers all bespoke tailoring services rendered by Al Noor Tailor & Bespoke Atelier, located in the heart of Saudi Arabia Riyadh. All garments are crafted to the highest standards of traditional Saudi craftsmanship combined with modern tailoring techniques.
The client is advised that all bespoke items are made to individual measurements and are non-returnable once the final fitting has been approved. Any post-delivery alterations beyond the scope of the original order will be subject to a separate Invoice.
Payment may be made via bank transfer to Al Rajhi Bank (IBAN: SA03 8000 0000 6080 1016 7519), or by credit card at our Riyadh showroom. Please reference Invoice No. ANT-2025-04872 on all payments.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment is due within 15 days of the Invoice date as stated above.
- All tailoring services described in this Invoice are subject to the final fitting approval by the client at our Saudi Arabia Riyadh atelier before the garment is completed and released.
- The Tailor reserves the right to substitute fabric of equivalent quality and price should the specified material become unavailable, with prior written consent from the client.
- A late payment fee of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in accordance with Saudi commercial law.
- All bespoke garments carry a 90-day workmanship warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers stitching defects, seam failures, and structural issues attributable to the Tailor's craftsmanship.
- This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under the commercial laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The client acknowledges that all measurements, fabric selections, and design specifications recorded in this Invoice have been confirmed and approved in writing prior to commencement of work.
